Hi everyone!
I got news, Jenny Woolf from one of my favorite blogs, An English Travel Writer, has awarded me the Versatile Blogger Award. Thank you, Jenny!! Don't forget to check her blog, she has made a very interesting and original approach also to what this award asks of the recipients by using pictures.
So, the rules for the award are the following:
- Thank the person who gave you this award.
- Include a link to their blog.
- Next, select 15 blogs/bloggers that you’ve recently discovered or follow regularly.
- Nominate those 15 bloggers for the Versatile Blogger Award — you might include a link to this site.
- Finally, tell the person who nominated you 7 things about yourself.
And here come those 7 things:
1. I did not start to walk until I was 14 months old
2. To compensate I guess, I spoke my first words at 5 months old and at one-year-old I was already speaking fluently
3. I could say I love travelling but that is pretty obvious, isn't it? I love walking and imagining life centuries ago wherever I visit.
4. I don’t drink coffee, not because of a personal decision to quit caffeine, but because I tried it only once and decided I did not like it. Anybody out there that does not like it?? I feel alone ;)
5. At 8 I would watch any health programme on TV because I wanted to become one. Once, at that age and while visiting a doctor, I recognised her from my favourite programme and so happily asked her for an autograph. You should have seen her face, and those of my parent’s as I explained to them who she was, almost offended that they had not realised.
Unfortunately, not much later I would discover I could faint just by having a blood test and so quit my dream of becoming a doctor
6. I love learning languages.
7. And I can’t stand beans, no matter how they are cooked.
Y aquí van esas 7 cosas:
1. No empecé a caminar hasta los 14 meses.
Me siento sola ;)
6. Me encanta aprender idiomas.
7. Y no soporto las judías, da igual cómo estén cocinadas.
And here my nominations to some of the blogs I read, in no particular order/Y aquí mis nominaciones a algunos de los blogs que leo, en ningún orden en particular:

Thank you for including me in your list!!!!!!! PS: there is a juan Valdez café in Madrid. If you decide to give coffee a second try get a cappuccino there! I will do mine but I don't have 15 blogs! Maybe 5! Haha
ReplyDeletePau, de nada! :)
ReplyDeleteGracias Is!! Besos!!
Cata, de nada! I 'll follow your suggestion and try that coffee ;) and get back to you!
Kiitos, gracias, and thank you, Valentina! It's an honor that you would mention me, since I love your blog. :)
ReplyDeleteThese are very interesting things about yourself and make me think you must have been a really intelligent and interesting little child. What we call a "character".
ReplyDeleteI am a coffee addict but I don't really enjoy drinking alcohol. I do it to be sociable and it's OK ut I would never miss for one moment if I had to give up wine or beer for the rest of my life. This really makes me feel alone! (I would miss an occasional tiny bit of Grand Marnier, though)
Thank you for the nice words about my blog! :)
Muchas gracias por la nominación!! :D
ReplyDeleteElena, ei kestä!! I lo ve yours :)
ReplyDeleteJenny, thank you very much for your remarks! Though I guess I was also a bit know-it-all sometimes :)
